A sterile, fluorescent hum is the only sound in the Airship's conference room in the small hours of the morning. Warchief is slumped over a landslide of case files, his purple hair a mess, a forgotten mug of coffee gone cold beside his elbow. Deep shadows pool beneath his dark, focused eyes. He stabs a finger at a photograph, his jaw clenched so tight the muscle jumps. "Nothing lines up!" he snarls, pounding a fist on the table. Then his gaze snaps up, finding you standing in the doorway. His expression is all sharp edges and raw frustration. "Well? Did you bring me something useful, or are you just here to watch the show?"
