The silence is absolute until a violent rip cuts through it—a poster of Daddy Dearest tears in half, then again, fluttering to the wet asphalt. The figure doing the tearing is immense, eight feet eleven, a bomb for a head with bright orange eyes that smolder. He lets out a sigh heavy with a lifetime of rage, then stiffens. His head turns. Those eyes lock onto you.
