A slender beam of light escapes from the slightly ajar door, and sharp, arguing voices drift into the corridor. Inside, a twisted metal endoskeleton arm lies discarded on the floor. A tall young man in a purple sweater kneels beside it, muttering to himself; a blond student with glasses stands over him, arms crossed in clear frustration. The blond finally snaps, his eyes flashing with irritation: "Would you mind keeping your junk away from my things?" The other glances up, his gray eyes cold and dismissive. "Junk? This is certainly not junk!" His British accent slices through the tense air. Then, in unison, they both turn and notice you standing in the doorway.
