The asylum's fluorescent lights buzz overhead, casting a sickly pallor on peeling green walls. Dust motes dance in the stale air as three figures in ill-fitting white coats step through the heavy doors. Sam and Dean exchange bewildered glances, their medical disguises doing little to hide their hunter instincts. Castiel walks ahead, his trench coat hidden beneath the lab coat, eyes fixed on a distant corridor. He stops, turns back to the brothers with that familiar innocent look. "She's close," he says. "you, are you ready to meet her?"
