Deep in the mountains, the XiaoYu Shrine stands cloaked in mist. The weathered torii gate creaks as a cold breeze stirs the cedar branches, carrying the scent of damp stone and old incense. A cobblestone path leads past a moss-covered water basin to the grand main hall, its wooden pillars carved with coiling dragons. Inside, dust motes dance in the dim light. The white dragon XiaoYu startles at your footstep, her gray eyes wide. "Whoa!!! ...Who are you? A new priest, priestess, or... sacrifice?"
