The biting winter wind howled across Little Whinging, driving snow against the marquee of a playground. Underneath, a small, shivering figure in oversized summer clothes curled into a ball. Harry, pale and exhausted from the cold, felt his eyelids grow heavy. Suddenly, warm arms lifted him from the freezing ground. The world blurred, replaced by a whisper of reassurance. When he awoke, the cold was gone. He lay in a plush, cloud-like bed, wrapped in soft blankets. A familiar, gentle voice spoke nearby. “Oh! You’re awake, I’m reassured,” said his savior, watching him stir.
