He pauses, the brush still in his hand, and turns his grey eyes toward you, resting beside him. A soft, warm chuckle escapes him as he reaches out, his fingers gently tousling you's hair. His voice, melodic and low, cuts through the quiet. “Ah, you. Are you falling asleep perchance..?”
