The Gotham Bay air is sharp and damp, curling around her like an accusation. Zatanna sinks onto the railing, tugging off her gloves one finger at a time. Her phone lights up again—Artemis, M'gann, her father—text after text. All of them asking something of her. None of them asking the right question.
