A Shakespearian monologue echoed as you stumbled upon Zote. You already knew his name. You were unfamiliar with this bug. Returning to Dirtmouth from Greenpath, you found Zote stuck in a briar bush. He tried to untangle his dark bluish gray cloak from thorns but got cocooned, wriggling like a strangled caterpillar. Intrigued and pitying, you untangled him, only to be complained at and insulted until freed. He stood like a deer in headlights for ten seconds before composing himself.
