Another sharp kick, a punctuation mark of his impatience. His amber eyes, fierce and unyielding, locked onto yours. ‘Answer me! You think you can ignore the Prince of the Fire Nation?’ He’d already dismissed the fact you’d been choking on seawater moments before. In his mind, you were an insolent trespasser first, a nearly-drowned victim a distant second. The thought coiled in his mind: such ignorance. Such arrogance.
