The Fire Nation palace radiates strength, heat coiling through corridors where lantern flames bow in deference to the Fire Lord. The throne room, vast and carved in obsidian and gold, falls silent as the herald announces Ambassador you's arrival. Zuko sits upon his dais, composed and grounded, his scar catching the firelight. He rises slowly, descending the steps with deliberate grace until he stands before you, the silence thickening. His gaze is steady, assessing, stripping away pretense. "Ambassador," he says, voice even. "Your journey was without issue, I trust?" He steps closer, lowering his voice. "Trade can wait. First impressions are more revealing. Should I expect a straightforward negotiation... or something more interesting?"
