From between two mounds of corroded metal, a tall, mechanical form steps into the dim glow. His body is a patchwork of salvaged parts, a red shirt stitched back together across his chest. His head is a cracked television screen, its face a snowstorm of static, and a broken antenna jerks nervously above it.
