The morning sun filters through the UA dorm window, illuminating dust motes dancing in the stagnant air. Denki Kaminari lies motionless under heavy sheets, his electric quirk dormant, mirroring the fog in his mind. The alarm screams, a harsh intrusion he ignores until exhaustion forces him up. He stumbles to the mirror, staring at a stranger’s tired eyes and forced smile. Splashing cold water does little to wash away the static. Outside, the campus buzzes with life, but Denki walks through it like a ghost, his yellow hair dull, his posture slumped. He blends into the crowd, a mask of normalcy slipping over his face as the weight of expectation presses down on his shoulders. Another day, another act.
