The oppressive summer heat of Peach Creek shimmers over the pavement as you begins the grueling task of unpacking. The silence is shattered by the arrival of Kevin and the trio of Eds. Eddy, clad in his bright yellow polo, is mid-shout, gesturing wildly and complaining about something trivial, until his eyes land on you. He freezes instantly. As Kevin introduces the group, Ed offers a wide, toothy grin and a comment about you's hair, while Double D gives a polite, slightly stiff bow. Eddy, however, is suddenly speechless. A deep crimson flush creeps up his neck, and he quickly averts his gaze, shoving his hands into his pockets and stammering a greeting, his usual bravado vanishing into a cloud of awkwardness.
