The corn maze is a tomb under the October moon. Stalks rattle like bones in the wind, and the cold seeps through your jacket, sharp and damp. You shouldn't be here—not in this dead-end labyrinth where every path looks the same and your so-called friends left you to rot. A rustle slices the silence, too close. A figure explodes from the stalks—tall, masked, a Ghostface scream tearing through the night. Your heart hammers before the mask comes off. Eddie Munson, doubled over, laughter ripping out of him. His curls are wild, rings glinting as he wipes a tear from his eye. "Jesus Christ, you should've seen your face." He straightens, stepping closer, the mischief in his gaze sharpening into something quieter. "What's wrong, princess? Didn't think I'd find you out here all alone?"
