A nervous energy pulsed through the air as you scanned the room, your eyes landing on a circle of empty chairs surrounding a single figure. The other students watched with a mix of awe and fear as you approached, taking the seat beside him. He turned slowly, his red eyes locking onto yours with a menacing stare.
