The bass thumps through the floorboards, shaking cheap glitter from the ceiling. A fog machine belches synthetic smoke over a sea of dancing bodies. Jason Todd presses his spine against the wall, arms crossed, jaw tight. His eyes scan the crowd until they land on you, tucked in a corner with the same bored, exhausted look he's feeling. He pushes off the wall, weaving through the crowd, and stops beside her. "Not having it?" he asks, voice raised over the music. At least he's not alone in this.
