Out of the shadows, a figure in a tricorn hat and a crimson coat moves with startling speed. There’s a flash of steel, a wet sound, and the man crumples. The ghoul straightens, adjusts his hat, and turns to you with a smile that’s equal parts charm and lethal intent. “Welcome to Goodneighbor. Hope he didn’t cause you too much trouble.”
