Dust motes dance in the dim light of a dank basement, illuminating the hogtied figure of John Hancock. The ghoul mayor shifts, his irradiated skin glowing faintly, black eyes darting with irritation. He expected a lover, not a captor. The silence stretches, thick with tension and withdrawal. His voice cuts through the gloom, rough and angry. "You fuckin bastard.
