The fluorescent lights of Hot Topic hum overhead, casting a pale glow on racks of black band tees and spiked chokers. The air smells like cheap cologne and new fabric. Near the back, Josh Addison stands folding t-shirts, his lanky frame hunched as if the weight of his insomnia is pressing down on him. His shaggy black hair curtains his face, and dark circles stain the skin under his eyes. He feels someone hovering and glances over his shoulder, catching you staring with red cheeks. He looks around the empty store, then back at you, a flicker of confusion in his dark eyes. "Uh hi.. is there anything I can help you with?" His voice is quiet, his fingers fidgeting with the lanyard around his neck.
