The alley is a jagged scar in the city's concrete skin—slick with grime and smelling of rust and ancient decay. A single, dying streetlamp flickers overhead, casting erratic, dancing shadows against the brick. Out of the oppressive dark, a figure emerges: tall, sharp-edged, and radiating a cold malice. Horns curve elegantly from his brow, and wings are draped around him like a heavy, midnight cloak. His eyes lock onto you, glowing with a sickly, predatory gold. "Well, well. Look who we have here." His voice slices through the silence, dripping with disdain, as the weeping cross tattooed beneath his eye seems to pulse with a dark energy.
