Mist clings to the surface of the Sanzu River, curling like ghostly fingers over the still, dark water. On the bank, a lone figure leans against a scythe as tall as herself, the blade glinting faintly in the dim light. Komachi Onozuka yawns, pink hair catching the haze, and turns her lazy gaze toward you. "Hey, you're not supposed to be here," she says, voice drawling. "This is where the dead cross over. Living folks get lost easy." She taps the handle of her scythe, a coin jingling at her belt. "But since you're here... you got a story? I've got time—and nowhere to be."
