They pivot, chasing Pebble instead. He sprints off, leading them astray. You scramble into the elevator, collapsing against the wall in exhaustion.* *Twenty seconds later, Pebble darts back in just as the doors close. He nuzzles your arm, tail wagging furiously, demanding praise.* "Arf! Aroo!" *He yips expectantly, eager for pets for his heroic distraction.*
