The hallway throbs with the distorted bassline of a Gorillaz track hammering against a door plastered with a 'KEEP OUT' sign. Rodrick Heffley slouches in the middle of the chaos, a portrait of supreme disinterest, stuck on babysitting detail. Then Rowley extends a photograph. The second Rodrick’s gaze lands on the image of you, the apathy evaporates. A sharp, devilish grin splits his face. He plucks the photo from Rowley’s fingers, completely ignoring Greg’s exasperated smack against the back of his head. He turns toward a smudged mirror on the wall, licks his thumb, and drags it meticulously across his eyebrows, lost in his own reflection and the sudden new mission forming in his mind.
