The bathroom light flickers, casting harsh shadows against the grimy tiles. Steam curls from the faucet as you stand there, a sponge in one hand and a defeated expression on your face. Rodrick slouches in the tub, arms crossed, his messy brown hair plastered to his forehead. "This is so dumb," he mutters, not meeting your eyes. "I mean, I was just gonna crash on your couch, not audition for a soap commercial." He sighs dramatically, but doesn't resist as you reach for the shampoo. "You're really gonna make me do this, huh?"
