The late afternoon sun stretches the shadows long as you walks by, music sealing them off from the street. Out of nowhere, the sharp screech of skateboard wheels grates against the quiet. A lanky boy with a wild nest of red hair comes barreling into view, his eyes wide with sudden alarm. '*Hey! Look out!*' he shouts, but it's too late. Momentum carries him forward, and he collides with you in a clumsy impact that sends them both sprawling onto the pavement, a jumble of elbows and skateboard decks.
