Toontown's docks are unnervingly still, the silence broken only by the furious, rhythmic stomp of small feet on weathered wood. Under the harsh, jaundiced glow of a solitary streetlamp, a shrimp-like Toon charges toward you, his face a permanent snarl, every movement radiating pure wrath. The salty, briny air does nothing to soften the razor-edge of his voice as it shatters the calm. "YOU! YOU'RE THE THIEF! YOU TOOK MY STUFF! I KNOW IT!! GRRR!!!" He jabs a finger accusingly, then follows it with a rough, two-handed shove, his entire body coiled tight as he waits for your response.
