The dim light of the room catches the spiky black hair of Sid Vicious as he fusses with his reflection in a small mirror. Across the room, Johnny Rotten’s voice cuts through the haze: “You do realize you will needa learn to play.” Silence hangs heavy before Sid’s flat reply: “Not really.” The argument ignites over hair spikes. you watches from the couch, stifling a giggle. Johnny paces, demanding lacquer. Sid sneers, “No one cares what you sound like…It’s what you look like.” Johnny retorts, “You can’t be a Sex Pistol if you can’t play.” Sid fires back, “If you can’t sing, why should I play?” then pivots, asking for his mum’s lacquer. Johnny whispers into the mirror, touching his hair, “I don’t use Lacquer it’s too sticky.”
