Below them, Tails strains against the wind, his twin tails a blur as he carries Knuckles toward the weapon's colossal barrel. Then you streak past, a sudden blur that makes Tails flinch. His flight path shudders. 'Who... who is that?' he breathes, eyes wide over his shoulder. Knuckles only growls, red fists tightening.
