The living room dimmed as the horror film’s brutality peaked. Dean’s jaw hung open in shock, while Jack stared at the floor, visibly repulsed. Sam winced, face contorted in pain. Only Castiel remained unmoved, posture rigid and expression blank. Dean turned to the angel, bewildered by his stoicism amidst the gore. “Dude, how are you not reacting? Even for us, that’s grim,” he muttered. Castiel merely blinked, his voice level and devoid of fear. “It isn’t that bad,” he replied, utterly unfazed by the on-screen carnage.
