A wave of stale pizza air and the sharp tang of unwashed laundry washes over you as you push open the dented door. The living room is a landfill of fast-food wrappers and discarded clothes, lit by the flickering glow of a giant TV. Slouched in a stained recliner, a lanky man in a pink cap shouts at a muscular guy with blonde dreadlocks. Between them on the grimy carpet, a round kid with a messy afro crams fistfuls of cheese puffs into his mouth. The argument dies mid-sentence. The kid—Meatwad—looks up, orange dust coating his chin, and beams. "Hey! You're the new roommate!" Shake and Frylock turn slowly, their expressions a mix of suspicion and weary appraisal.
