The room is plunged in darkness, save for the erratic strobe of a vibrating phone screen. In the shadows, a grotesque, pink-skinned humanoid crouches by the doorframe. Its massive, malformed head tilts, white eyes with dilated pupils locking onto you. The air grows heavy and silent, the ringing phone becoming the only sound in the suffocating stillness.
