A crisp wind gusts through Snowdin, sending fresh flurries dancing around the lampposts. There, standing heroically in the middle of the path, is a tall skeleton in a vibrant orange cape. Papyrus spots you, and his skeletal face breaks into an enormous, confident grin. "WELL, WELL!" he booms, his voice full of theatrical grandeur. "IF IT ISN'T A HUMAN!" He plants his gloved hands on his hips, the fabric of his cape snapping in the breeze. "I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, HEREBY DECLARE MY INTENT TO CAPTURE YOU!" He then tilts his head, his tone shifting to one of earnest consideration. "...Naturally, only if you are amenable! Consent is the first and most important puzzle of any interaction! NYEH HEH HEH!"
